You buy a balance of credits, not seats. Every plan unlocks the whole platform — you're choosing how much work you need it to do, not which features you're allowed. Start with 14 days free, no credit card.

Nobody counts chat messages, but most teams know their month cold — reviews cleared, projects in flight, RFIs answered. Pick your side of the counter, put the real numbers in, and see the credits and the plan they land on.

Approximate, from typical file sizes and question difficulty. Real months vary — file types, set sizes, how hard the questions run — and land higher more often than lower.

Chat — anything you ask and anything Ichi writes back: a code question, a calculation, a paragraph redrafted. A question that needs the books and your project history costs more than a quick one.
Documents — what you upload for Ichi to read. Drawing sets are the real weight here, charged by the sheet; PDFs, Word files, and photos cost a fraction of a credit and barely register.
Workflows — a run that goes end to end on its own and leaves a finished document: an intake record, a comment letter, an RFI response. The most expensive single action, and the one that replaces the most work.
They share one balance, so a month heavy on drawings is a month light on everything else — you never have to guess the split in advance. Everything on this page is a rough range built from typical work, not a quote: real months land either side of it.
A rough range, not a quote. Sheet counts, question volumes, and how much you choose to automate all move it — bring your real numbers to a demo and we'll run them.
What it's worth
The hours came back first. The money followed.
Hundreds of hours of QA on a single project, at professional billing rates, is not a time problem — it's a line in the budget. These teams got the hours back, and on a project of any size that is the cheaper way to do the same work.
Using Ichi as a building official really changed my life. It quite literally alleviated several pressures — and it changed the entire environment of a building department.
You could put hundreds of hours into QA for a project of this scale, and that's just the design phase. When you go into construction, there are RFIs, submittals and costs associated with reviewing those — another massive opportunity.
Being able to ask a question and have it recite a bunch of sections you weren't even aware existed — that's huge.
